Add the following items to the bread machine in the order given:
1 Cup hot water (tap hot, not boiling hot)
2 Tablespoons Tsp Butter
1 teaspoon tsp salt
1 Beaten egg
1/4 Cup sugar
3 Cup sifted bread flour
3 teaspoons tsp bread machine yeast
Set machine to dough setting. This takes about 90 minutes.
Divide dough into 16 balls.
Coat your balls in melted butter.
Place the balls in a buttered baking dish.
Cover with a kitchen towel and allow to rise for an hour or two. Balls should double in size.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
