- Cut a half pound of bacon strips into 1″ pieces.
- Fry bacon in a pot, remove from grease when nice and crispy but leave the grease.
- Add a half cup of popcorn to the bacon grease and pop.
- Combine the entire contents of the pot to the previously crisped bacon.
- Grate Parmesan cheese on top of this lovely mix.
- Maybe this is 666….oh the decadence! Eat it up.
I won’t do this again for some time, but count on this: I will be doing this again.
I should also mention that washing it down with a hand crafted black lager is better than icing on birthday cake.
